This program is amazing! It offers fast passed learning that is effective and very efficient. The owner Tonya who is also the instructor is very thorough and will ensure that you are getting all of the tools that are needed to be successful in the field!
I highly recommend Stepping Stone Educational System, Inc. to anyone who wants to become a CNA. I enjoyed the instructors and I had a wonderful experience. The class is an accelerated course but the instructors made it easy and did a fantastic job they were professional and very patient with me. Thank-you everyone!!
I felt the instructors at Muskegon were great and were willing to put in the time to make sure we knew exactly what was expected of us as CNAs. I also think, just like with everything, you get what you put into it. I was willing to work hard and so were they. No time for nonsense. For me, the clinicals were eye opening and I enjoyed them very much. It made me think about how important it is to have good, skillful, patient, and nice health care workers for the elderly and anyone who is need of care. I would totally recommend this company and course to others.
DO NOT go to this "so called" school. Paid the $775 for the course for my wife and they kicked her out after 8 days and said it is because she didn't get other students to sign off her paperwork. How does other students have anything to do with your passing/failing??? She passed every test, every quiz and the final exam. Tried to contact the program director but the receptionist "Monica" keeps saying she is not in. Asked for a refund but they will not give it. Never heard of anything like this before. Any GOOD instructor would never see a student fail and would go the extra mile to make sure they pass. There is favoritism in the class. If the instructor does not like you then you will be kicked out of class just because. After they kick you out they will say you can come back and take the class again at $52 a day, and if you passed all the quizes and tests the first time you will not have to take them again. Hmmm, big money scam. Again, DO NOT GO!!!!!
I can't give zero stars. One star is the lowest but i can verbalize how horrible this class is. The first shift "teacher", Mary is the absolute worst idea of a teacher!!! Don't waste your money or time at this " school". Everyone is better off going to a college. They have no respect for the elderly at all. The hands on which is at a Grand Haven retirement home is totally disgusting. Hopefully the state will come in and correct the inhumane and neglect that these places let happen.
