Last fall when I called my regular, large established heating and cooling company about a problem, they were short staffed and recommended that I call Bret Noordhoff Plumbing if I felt I could not wait for them. Last winter, friends of mine had Bret install their water heater and they were very satisfied with his service. I too, would not hesitate to recommend Bret to anyone needing plumbing services.

I was very disappointed in the service that I was given. I called to have a kitchen faucet installed. I explained that the faucet was new but was not installed properly. I also asked Bret to check on a valve that was leaking. I had to call him to see if he had been out there and he told me that he fixed the faucet and had forgotten what else I had asked him to do because he didn't write it down. I was shocked to receive a $280.00 invoice. He replaced my faucet with a new one that cost $190.00. He never called to tell me that my new faucet was supposedly defective and ask my permission to spend that much money on a faucet.
Excellent, fast service. Very reasonable rate. When I thought I heard a water leak but could not see it, Bret responded to my call in less than thirty minutes and he had a worker at my house in less than 2 hours the same day. His worker, Brian, was friendly and polite; listened carefully to my concerns; found the problem quickly and took care of it efficiently and professionally. Brian offered suggestions as to how I could prevent the problem in the future and did not leave without asking if all of my concerns had been addressed.
