We've been doing business with this store location for over 10 years now. Every single time we've been there we have had exemplary service. They really bend over backwards to be sure we get the best service, devices and plans for our money. What an amazing team! Keep it up!
Made an appointment so I didn't have to wait. Arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment and still waited 45 minutes to be waited on... just to swap out phones... (Took 10 minutes tops)
Not the fastest service. And not cheapest carrier.

So I spent 3 hours at this store buying phones. People were nice so I stayed at the time. My identity was stolen a year ago so I had to call Equifax to unfreeze my self induced credit freeze to open the account. Come to find out... the store ran my credit check twice before my credit was available. It came back N/A according to the letters I received from ATT later. Therefore a deposit of $1000 plus 30% down on my buy one get one free phones was required. The store failed to tell me it was their fault for running my credit report before it was unlocked. SO, $1000 deposit is kept a whole year!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!! I didn't realize I would have to wait a whole year for my deposit back!!! They owe me interest plus a lot of research time and ticked off time. I have spent countless hours talking to ATT customer service, legal, financial, etc. Plus, the service is terrible!! I drive 3 miles from the Muskegon mall and have no service. I drive across Michigan and have no service. It literally says no service on my phone or can't find server. TERRIBLE! Going back to Straight Talk or Verizon ASAP. Trapped here...... Grrrrrrrrrrr Letter from lawyer on the way❣️
