First time dealing with Babbitt's, and I leave it to be for an order of gifts for Christmas. Well, let me tell you, if the first order was an indication of how this company works.....there will definitely be a lot more ordering in the future. Order was handled quickly and perfectly, and arrived with days to spare before the big day. My order consisted of Polaris apparel, and they were refreshingly packaged neatly, folded and placed in bags, and even had pieces of tissue paper within to prevent any of the logos from sticking. I was very impressed with Babbitt's on many different levels. Great job!!!
Excellent company for hard to find Honda parts. Quick shipment and fair pricing. The float bowl gasket I purchased for a 1981 Honda Express II wasn't a perfect fit but i made it work. Their exploded diagrams made it easy to find the parts I needed. I will use them again.
Even around the holidays, these guys got me my much needed, and hard to find bike parts in record speed. Since they had to ship some of them separately, I even got a note in the first one saying that the other package would arrive soon. The website is easy to navigate, and has tons of diagrams for reference. If you don't know the name of a part, or the dimensions of a bolt you need to replace, just check the diagrams. They will tell you the name, part number, and most have a legible sketch of how they go together (gaskets seem to be the exception for the sketch). I restore antique and vintage bikes and always check Babbitt first for my parts.
